Website Terms

Terms for using the GAAB UK public website and submitting an enquiry.

Effective date: 22 July 2026

These draft website terms should be reviewed by GAAB UK’s legal adviser before production launch.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal, educational or institutional enquiries. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape protected information or gain unauthorised access to staff systems.

Programme information

Programme descriptions, formats, dates, fees, entry requirements and availability are general information and may change. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a place, create an enrolment or form a contract. GAAB UK will confirm the applicable offer, fees and enrolment terms separately.

Accreditation and assessment information

Descriptions of accreditation, recognition and assessment services do not guarantee an outcome. Decisions depend on the applicable standards, evidence, review process and separate contractual terms.

Accuracy and availability

GAAB UK aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not warrant that every page will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. Please confirm important information directly with GAAB UK before relying on it.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, programme descriptions and original media belong to GAAB UK or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal reference but may not republish or commercially exploit them without permission.

External services

The website may link to or use third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. GAAB UK is not responsible for third-party content outside its reasonable control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, GAAB UK is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of the public website or reliance on unconfirmed website information.

Changes and contact

GAAB UK may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Questions can be sent to learning@gaabuk.co.uk.
