Overview

A practical, tools-first product management course covering discovery, strategy, roadmapping, UX and agile execution. Learners use industry tools like Jira, Figma and Mixpanel and complete a capstone simulating an end-to-end product development cycle, including a full go-to-market pitch.

Your 6-month journey

Month 1: Introduction to Product Management & Industry Overview

you'll analyse Amazon, Airbnb or Uber's PM strategy and debate "PM vs Project Manager" live.

Month 2: Market Research & Product Discovery

you'll run mock user interviews and build empathy maps and personas from scratch.

Month 3: Product Strategy & Road-mapping

you'll build a product vision board and a full 6-month roadmap in Trello or Aha!.

Month 4: UX, Wireframing & MVP Development

you'll design low-fidelity wireframes and build a clickable prototype in Figma.

Month 5: Agile Execution, Launch & Metrics

you'll run a live Jira sprint board and a full mock sprint retrospective.

Month 6: Go-to-Market Strategy & Capstone Project

you'll build a GTM plan and present a complete product pitch deck with prototype and metrics.

Assessment & certification

Ongoing assessment

Quizzes, assignments, practical labs and case studies verify progress throughout the programme.

Capstone project

A portfolio-ready final project contributes 20–40% of the final grade, depending on the programme.

Attendance standard

A minimum 80% attendance across classes, practicals and Finishing School is required for certification eligibility.

Credential awarded

Professional Certificate in Product Management

On successful completion, learners receive the Professional Certificate in Product Management, issued by Globeon Accreditation & Assessment Body (GAAB) UK, along with completion of the Finishing School enrichment module.

Finishing School included

Communication, professional presence, interview preparation and global workplace readiness are built into the final month.
