you'll analyse leading hotel and tourism company strategies and walk through a live 4/5-star hotel operation, delivering an industry trend report.

Month 2: Hospitality Technology & Data Analytics

you'll run guest-review sentiment analysis and simulate dynamic pricing, producing a working tech-solution prototype.

Month 3: Guest Experience & Service Innovation

you'll redesign a guest experience for a niche market and develop a cultural fusion food concept in the culinary lab.

Month 4: Sustainability & Inclusive Tourism

you'll conduct a real sustainability audit of a hotel or resort and design a fully inclusive tourism itinerary.

Month 5: Strategic Leadership & Financial Management

you'll lead a multicultural-team simulation and build a hospitality business transformation plan.

Month 6: Capstone & Industry Integration

you'll complete a live capstone project with a real tourism or hospitality partner and present to an industry panel.
