Your 6-month journey
Month 1: Introduction to International Business & Global Trade
you'll analyse a real multinational corporation and present on globalisation's impact across markets.
Month 2: International Business Environment Analysis
you'll research a country profile and run a simulated PESTLE/SWOT for entering a foreign market.
Month 3: Entry Strategies & Global Marketing
you'll write a market-entry strategy report and role-play negotiating a joint venture abroad.
Month 4: Cross-Cultural Management & International HRM
you'll run cross-cultural simulation games and interview a real expatriate about their experience.
Month 5: International Finance, Logistics & Operations
you'll complete a foreign-exchange conversion project and simulate a full international shipment with documentation.
Month 6: Legal, Ethical & Strategic Considerations + Final Project
you'll debate a live ethics case study and present a capstone global strategy to an external panel.

Ongoing assessment

Capstone project
A portfolio-ready final project contributes 20–40% of the final grade, depending on the programme.
Attendance standard
A minimum 80% attendance across classes, practicals and Finishing School is required for certification eligibility.
