Overview
A hands-on, founder-focused programme that takes learners from opportunity discovery through to a live investor pitch. Students validate a real business idea using lean startup methods, build a business model and financial plan, and pitch to mock investors at the end of the course.

Your 6-month journey
Month 1: Ideation & Opportunity Discovery
you'll screen three real business ideas and submit a Problem Statement & Opportunity Brief.
Month 2: Customer Discovery & Lean Validation
you'll run at least 10 validated customer interviews and build a low-fidelity MVP.
Month 3: Business Model & Value Proposition
you'll build a complete Business Model Canvas and a value proposition & pricing strategy presentation.
Month 4: Go-to-Market & Operational Planning
you'll create a simulated digital marketing campaign deck and a full operations roadmap.
Month 5: Finance, Funding & Legal Essentials
you'll build a 3-year financial model in Excel and a 10-12 slide investor pitch deck.
Month 6: Pitching, Scaling & Entrepreneurial Growth
you'll deliver a live 10-minute pitch to mock investors and defend it in real Q&A.
Assessment & certification
Ongoing assessment
Quizzes, assignments, practical labs and case studies verify progress throughout the programme.
Capstone project
A portfolio-ready final project contributes 20–40% of the final grade, depending on the programme.
Attendance standard
A minimum 80% attendance across classes, practicals and Finishing School is required for certification eligibility.
Credential awarded
Professional Certificate in EntrepreneurshipOn successful completion, learners receive the Professional Certificate in Entrepreneurship, issued by Globeon Accreditation & Assessment Body (GAAB) UK, along with completion of the Finishing School enrichment module.
Finishing School included
